Job summary

O’Neal Steel in Ambridge, PA is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to set up and operate non-thermal processing equipment, including saws, shears, press brakes, rollers, and digi-benders. You will follow established procedures to produce parts accurately and on time.

You will read blueprints, use calipers and a micrometer, and convert fractions to decimals while following safety guidelines. The role requires reliability for a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and may include overtime.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Use measuring tools including tape measure, calipers and micrometer.
• Convert fractions to decimals as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate non-thermal processing equipment (saws, shears, press brakes, rollers, digi-benders).
• Operate material handling equipment and read/interpret work orders.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and report issues promptly.
