Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes; maintain certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to convert fractions/metrics and read English measurements.
• Must read, write and understand conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up a variety of production machines safely.
• Adjust tooling, guides, jigs, and fixtures as needed.
• Ensure quality and adhere to safety programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other duties.
