Job summary

O'Neal Industries, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator (Non Thermal) for the Ambridge, PA facility on second shift. You will set up and operate non-thermal processing equipment and read blueprints to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include handling a variety of equipment, using precision measuring tools, and ensuring high quality output for internal and external customers. Overtime may be required; safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a variety of non-thermal processing equipment such as saws, shears, press brakes, rollers, and digi-benders.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and cranes.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometer).
• Convert fractions to decimals and vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate non-thermal processing equipment per procedures and guidelines.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Read and interpret measuring tools like tape measure and calipers.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift and overhead crane.
• Maintain safety and quality; provide high-quality work to internal/external customers.
