O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to service and repair plant machinery, fixtures, and both power and hand tools. This role involves assisting with machine installations and diagnosing system malfunctions to keep operations running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with CNC, VFDs, PLCs, welding, and lifting equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC, material handling systems, and presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient with VFD/PLC programming and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using test equipment.
• Fabricate and install mechanical parts as needed.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and welding processes.
