Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – Formulation for the 2nd shift at our Bloomsbury, NJ site. This full-time, on-site role supports daily manufacturing activities for non-sterile and sterile bulk/CSP operations after required training.

Position requires attention to detail and aseptic technique, with 2:00 PM–10:30 PM hours, Monday–Friday and minimal overtime. Safety-sensitive with potential drug testing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. per shift.

Responsibilities

• Weigh chemicals to support formulation.
• Formulate bulk intermediate solutions.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing.
• Clean room cleaning and disinfection.
• Maintain daily supply lists and complete tasks per instructions.
• Operate Formulation pods and ILP per work instructions.
