Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Brandon, SD is hiring a Production Associate to build hydraulic hose assemblies in a team-oriented, hands-on environment. You'll assemble hoses, fittings, and components, cut and measure materials, and use hand tools and small machinery following production instructions to meet quality standards.

This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with temp-to-hire potential and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods during shift.
• Lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components.
• Cut, measure, and prepare materials to meet specifications.
• Use hand tools and small machinery in a production setting.
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, package, and stage completed orders for shipment.
