Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Orion, MI is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and drive efficiency on a manufacturing site. This role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and focuses on operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach a team, coordinate staffing, manage supplies, and partner with Client Operations to meet KPIs while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Housekeeping Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and administrative reporting.
• Superior customer service skills and customer-focused orientation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations and meet time constraints.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 49 pounds and work in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and staffing coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement procedures and performance measures for efficiency.
• Manage inventory of consumables and materials to maintain smooth operations.
• Administer KPIs and metrics on housekeeping performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Housekeeping Manager on administrative tasks.
