Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for 1st shift in Orion, MI. You will lead housekeeping operations to keep facilities clean, safe, and efficient, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager and guiding a dedicated team on daily tasks and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in facility/housekeeping administration, strong MS Office skills, and a focus on customer service. Shift 1, morning hours, with opportunities to impact production and safety in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Facility or Housekeeping Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and administrative reporting.
• Strong customer service and professional handling under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and performance metrics are met.
• Develop procedures and KPIs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage consumables inventory and stock levels for smooth operations.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to the housekeeping team.
