Job summary

JLL is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the 1st shift in Lake Orion, MI. You will lead housekeeping operations at a manufacturing facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while guiding a team of staff.

You will report to the Housekeeping Manager, drive KPIs, and coordinate with Client Operations. The role requires 2+ years in facility/housekeeping admin, strong MS Office skills, and availability for overtime shifts. Salary range is $60,000–$67,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Housekeeping Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets and administrative reporting.
• Superior customer service skills and customer-focused orientation.
• Able to lift/move up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and staffing coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Develop procedures and metrics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory of consumables and stock levels for smooth operations.
• Track KPIs and coach the housekeeping team to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Housekeeping Manager on admin and facility issues.
