Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Lake Orion, MI site. You will lead and oversee housekeeping operations, ensure clean, safe facilities, and report to the Housekeeping Manager while guiding a dedicated team.

The role focuses on daily operations, inspections, KPI-driven performance, inventory management, and collaboration with the Client Operations team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Housekeeping Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and administrative reporting.
• Strong customer service skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping operations, including end‑of‑shift reports and staffing coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve work efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory of consumables and materials to maintain smooth operations.
• Administer KPIs and board metrics to ensure adherence to processes.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Housekeeping Manager on administrative functions and facility services.
