Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for an alternative shift at our Orion, MI facility. You will lead a dedicated housekeeping team to maintain clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environments, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager and driving operational excellence.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, conduct inspections, develop procedures, manage inventory, track KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate with client operations on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility or housekeeping administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and reporting.
• Strong customer service and ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for 10-12 hours in manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and pre/post scheduled hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards.
• Develop procedures and KPIs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage consumables inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to team.
• Collaborate with operations teams on admin tasks and facility services.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Housekeeping Manager on admin tasks and security.
