Job summary

IFABCORP is seeking a dependable Heavy Loader/Unloader for our Paint Line on 2nd Shift. You will load and unload metal parts before and after painting, move materials across the production area, and ensure proper handling to maintain quality.

The role requires tolerance to a warm manufacturing environment and repetitive physical work, with parts weighing up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities include loading/unloading from racks and conveyors, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining production

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a heat-exposed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts from paint line racks, conveyors, and carts.
• Hang and remove metal components before and after the painting process.
• Inspect parts for proper placement, damage, or quality concerns.
• Safely move carts, racks, and materials throughout the production area.
• Lift, push, pull, and handle metal parts weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain production flow by ensuring parts are continuously available for the paint process.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE requirements.
• Work efficiently in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S standards.
• Communicate any issues related to parts, equipment, or production delays to the supervisor.
