INTRODUCTION: This position reports to Paint Line Supervisor. It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities.

PAINT LINE LOADER-UNLOADER LEAD - Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Load/Unload line. Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the Load/Unload line. Functions as floor presence and assist supervisor in delegation of the department employees.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Include, but are not limited to:

• a) Coordinate line loading and unloading.
• b) Is responsible for all Load/Unload Line duties including labeling and identifying parts.
• c) Is responsible to follow and adhere to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts.
• d) Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• a) Work is generally performed in a production plant 100% of time.
• b) While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly; stand, walk, reach, bend, twist will be required to stoop, kneel, lift, pull or move objects of 50 pounds or less with or without assistance, with full motion unrestricted.
