Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Taylor, TX is seeking a hands-on Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM) to lead field crews, manage schedules, and ensure safe, compliant tanker loading and waste shipments.

The ideal candidate has experience with bulk tanker loading, DOT/RCRA regulatory knowledge, and strong safety leadership to keep operations moving smoothly while delivering quality service to clients in education, life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing

Qualifications

Experience with bulk tanker loading operations.
Experience supervising technicians and coordinating schedules.
Firm understanding of DOT and RCRA regulations for hazardous waste handling.
Hazardous materials handling experience, including manifests and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate bulk tanker shipments, loading windows, and onsite drivers with local office staff and customers.
Directly supervise and manage field technicians performing tanker loading operations.
Ensure tankers are loaded safely and efficiently in line with SOPs, material compatibility, and DOT/RCRA requirements.
Create and review accurate waste shipment manifests.
Must be able to perform air monitoring and use gas meters.
Communicate shipment status and scheduling changes to staff and customers.
