Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor to lead aTaylor, TX-based team in a fast-paced field environment. The role focuses on safety, scheduling, and supervision of bulk tanker loading operations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with hazardous materials handling, TMRS and compliance with RCRA/DOT regulations. The position involves night/weekend shifts and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in bulk or hazardous waste transfer, tanker operations, or a related field.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating schedules/logistics.
• Firm understanding of RCRA, DOT, and other regulations pertaining to hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate bulk tanker shipments and loading windows.
• Supervise field technicians performing tanker loading operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading per SOPs and DOT/RCRA rules.
• Verify compatibility of tankers, hoses, and gaskets; review washout needs.
