Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor for the first shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM) at a client site in Taylor, TX. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate bulk tanker operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate is hands-on, safety-minded, with knowledge of RCRA/DOT, OSHA 40-hour training, and experience with tankers, pumps, hoses, and manifest creation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 40-hour training must be in place.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating schedules and logistics.
• Firm understanding of RCRA, DOT, and other regulations pertaining to hazardous waste and materials.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate bulk tanker shipments, loading windows, and onsite drivers with local office staff and customers.
• Directly supervise and manage field technicians performing tanker loading operations.
• Create and review accurate waste shipment manifests.
• Oversee job site safety, PPE compliance, and spill-response readiness for loading crews.
