Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor for the Walton, KY area on 2nd shift. You will lead hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring customer service, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, coaching, and driving Lean initiatives to improve operations while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership role and a strong collaboration mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of implementing and managing change.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and motivation skills to achieve goals.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities; able to cross-train.
• Lean principles and process improvement awareness preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Support clients’ supply chains and align with demand and service requirements.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and cost control targets.
• Monitor KPI performance (order fill rate, accuracy, inspections, inventory).
• Lead Lean initiatives and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment; support safety goals.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to foster growth and development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
