Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for Walton, KY. The role supervises loading/unloading, assigns tasks, and ensures safety and quality in daily warehouse operations.

The position requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting, forklift experience, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Weekend and shift specifics apply with a M–Th schedule and Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise workload.
• Oversee loading/unloading, outbound staging, and freight labeling.
• Complete reports and records promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and safe work practices.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity policies.
• Collaborate with others to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
