Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) seeks a non-rotating 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Neenah, WI to safely handle inbound/outbound goods and maintain accurate inventory. You will report to the facility manager; weekends/holidays/overtime may be required.

The role includes shift premiums and a strong benefits package with pay increases at 6, 12, and 18 months. Operate sit-down forklifts, unload, load, and move product, using RF scanners and following safety SOPs while collaborating with team

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to report to shift.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills for counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Willingness to learn about the product handled.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and store inbound/outbound product with lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load onto trailers/containers.
• Use material handling tech to maximize efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs.
