Job summary

RGL Logistics in Neenah, WI is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. The role supports receiving, storing, and shipping, using basic forklifts and RF scanners within a safety-conscious facility.

You will work Mon-Fri with a 2nd shift premium, join a team focused on growth, quality, and continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive, proactive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Comfort with scanning and inventory checks using WMS.
• Reliability to work the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently, completing paperwork as required.
• Transport products to storage areas and stack/store properly.
• Assist with labeling, wrapping, packing and related tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment while meeting productivity and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and facility security.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
