Job summary

WSI Standard is hiring a Forklift Operator for a non-rotating 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00pm-6:00am) at our Neenah, WI facility. This on-site, full-time role supports safe material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping to customers.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound shipments, loading/unloading with a lift truck, and using RF scanners to manage stock. Occasional weekends/holidays/overtime may apply; good teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills for accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF Scanners to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
