Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Neenah, Wisconsin, is hiring a non-rotating 2nd shift Forklift Operator to provide safe and efficient material handling to support customer needs. This full-time benefitted position will report to the facility manager and may occasionally require weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Follow safety SOPs and position standard operating procedures.
