Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Combined Locks, WI, is seeking a Lift Truck Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm) to safely handle materials and support customer needs. Travel to Neenah as needed; weekends/holidays/overtime may occur.

This full-time role includes competitive benefits and PTO. Responsibilities include unloading and putting away inbound product, order picking with a lift truck, and maintaining accurate inventory using RF scanners and other HW/SW.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners to manage inventory.
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed.
