Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists, LLC is seeking a non-rotating Forklift Operator for a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm–6:00 am) on-site in Wisconsin. This full-time role involves safe material handling, unloading, picking orders, and inventory accuracy, with shift differential and opportunities for advancement.

You will report to the facility manager, work with RF scanners, follow PPE and safety procedures, and may require occasional weekends/holidays/overtime.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and to travel between facilities as needed.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF Scanners to manage inventory.
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all safety and standard operating procedures are followed.
