Job summary

Ecosource at the Green Bay, WI recycling facility is seeking motivated individuals for a Forklift and Equipment Operator role on 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). The position offers starting pay of $20.50 per hour with a $1.50 per hour second shift differential, in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and recycling equipment, loading/unloading, material documentation, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and related recycling equipment.
• Comfort with using a computer, tablet, and smartphone for work tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move bales/pallets.
• Identify and document incoming materials.
• Support multiple recycling functions within the facility.
• Follow strict safety rules and wear PPE.
