Job summary

Warehouse Specialists, Inc. in Neenah, WI is hiring a non-rotating 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to safely move material and support customer orders.

This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers pay at $18.50 per hour, on-site work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with potential weekends/holidays and overtime. The position reports to the facility manager and includes competitive benefits and opportunities for wage increases.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills for counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Team-based work and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize material handling tech to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Follow safety and SOPs as required.
