Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a QC Specialist on the 2nd shift at the Carthage, Missouri plant. The role focuses on testing and monitoring products for compliance with specifications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will evaluate products, perform tests, and follow GMP, SSOP, SOP, HACCP, SQF guidelines while working in a controlled plant environment with varying temperatures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Must read and write English.
• Reliable, self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates products for compliance per specifications.
• Understands, evaluates and executes tests and procedures properly.
• Maintains and sets up documentation and control procedures.
• Picks up samples and carries out checks and tests.
• Follows safety rules and LOTO procedures and quality requirements.
