Job summary

Rosina Food Products Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our West Seneca, NY protein food manufacturing facility. This role requires experience managing teams in USDA/FDA environments and a drive to improve safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.

You will schedule production, oversee machines, and coordinate material flow while ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance and collaborating across departments to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in food manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, food labeling, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in production management tools and reporting systems.
• Experience with USDA, FDA, NYS Organic standards a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

What You’ll Do:
