Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.
• Able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain production supplies at prescribed levels so the line does not shut down.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures and BOM specifications.
• Read product formulas, temperatures, and times per BOM and building of materials.
• Coordinate with Production Leads on product flow for batching.
