Job summary

Pures Food Specialties LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for our Chicago facility. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, following recipes, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards to ensure quality products.

You will read and interpret production instructions, adjust equipment, perform setup and basic troubleshooting, and document outcomes. This position demands standing for long periods and adherence to GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must understand FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Mathematical skills required.
• Must be able to communicate with others as well as management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to produce goods.
• Follow FIFO, label bins with correct lot numbers, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and comply with GMP requirements.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor immediately.
