Qualifications

• Education: No specific educational requirements.
• Experience: Prior experience operating and maintaining production equipment is required.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP and SQF requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, following recipes and safety procedures.
• Read and follow production recipes and specifications; mix doughs as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized; document required information and lot numbers.
• Follow FIFO procedures and report any food safety or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Stand for the entire shift, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
