Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of machine operator experience required.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• 5-7 years of machine operator experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line for efficiency.
• Set up machines, calibrate, clean and adjust equipment.
• Disassemble and clean equipment for product changes.
• Control machine settings to optimize performance.
• Feed raw materials to automatic machines.
• Inspect final product for quality and conformance to specs.
• Perform QA checks including weight control and metal detector inspections.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance.
• Record keeping and report generation.
