Batory Foods in Chicago, IL is hiring a Production Facility Operator to support daily production, packaging, and quality checks on the second and third shifts. The role requires safe operation of equipment, adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines, and collaboration with team members to meet daily goals.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, is reliable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift certification is a plus.

Formación

• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with startup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment.
• Support preparation, processing, and packaging of food products.
• Monitor product quality and remove damaged items from the line.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment per food safety standards.
• Handle materials and products during production and packaging.
• Report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and schedules.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and other production support tasks.
• Support other production lines as needed.
