Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a production supervisor for our Pine Bluff, AR facility. The role oversees all production operations on the 2ND SHIFT, manages production supervisors, schedules, product rotation, CCP verification, and safety oversight.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing supervision (or 2+ years at Tyson), and knowledge of HACCP and CCP monitoring. Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in audits is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred.
• HACCP certification and CCP monitoring knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations at the facility.
• Manage production supervisors’ departments, schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and safety committee involvement.
• Review team performance and help develop areas needing improvement.
• Some travel is required as needed.
