Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a production supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Prepared Foods Division. The role focuses on directing and training supervisors across production, safety, and quality areas, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in the industry with 2+ years supervisory experience in meat processing, and knowledge of OSHA/USDA/HACCP. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 4+ years in related industry; 2+ years supervisory in meat processing (pork/beef preferred).
• Regulatory knowledge: OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train supervisors across production, paperwork, yields, time & attendance, safety, and problem-solving.
• Accountable for performance, safety, quality, turnover, morale, and related duties.
• Lead in fast-paced production environment and ensure compliance with company standards.
