• Ensure all line stations are staffed before production start and that equipment is operating.
• Maintain USDA-inspected standards and promote daily safety practices.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide ongoing education on quality standards and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as needed.
