Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food processing environment in the Greater Madison area, WI. The role offers a starting base rate of $31.00 per hour with premium overtime and a direct-hire path.

You will maintain high-speed packaging equipment and fluid power systems, perform basic structural welding, and ensure GMP compliance. This position rewards reliability with strong overtime opportunities and a stable, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 1+ year mechanical maintenance in a fast-paced production setting.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Comfort in a food-safe GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical troubleshooting and quick fault-tracing.
• Service conveyors and drive assemblies, troubleshoot and rebuild components.
• Diagnose fluid power systems including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Perform structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding as needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with GMP and sanitation standards.
