Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes hiring, training, and developing staff to meet Penske standards. Regular audits of repairs and maintenance will be conducted to control costs and maintain safety.

Location is Garden City, GA with a 2nd shift (4pm-2am, Mon-Fri). Training programs support growth into leadership within Penske’s service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in fleet vehicle maintenance management or team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign maintenance work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost controls for Penske assets.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs; monitor staff workload.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
