Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, maintain morale, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate maintenance, schedule repairs, and audit preventive, mechanical and electrical work on tractors, trucks, and trailers.

The role includes hiring, training, and developing technicians to meet performance metrics. Preferred candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3+ years in team leadership with strong

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred or 3 years of team management in metric-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management—maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
