Hadrian is seeking a Factory Technician (2nd Shift) to support aerospace manufacturing efforts in the Los Angeles area. This entry-level role emphasizes on-the-job training across multiple stations, with a focus on precision and adherence to procedures.

You will join a growing manufacturing team, performing material prep, tool handling, part serialization, and inspections. Expect a supportive environment with clear training paths and opportunities to contribute to mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; must be willing to learn and follow rigid training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material Prep: receive and cut raw metal to size using bandsaw and basic metrology tools.
• Tool Crib: assemble/disassemble machine tools; use pre-setters; verify angles and measurements.
• Part-Mark: apply laser/epoxy/ink serialization to parts.
• Shipping & Receiving: send out parts and conduct visual inspection of inspected parts.
• Rework: modify parts to meet customer requirements.
