Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Factory Technician (2nd Shift) to join our growing team in Torrance, CA. This entry-level role trains across multiple stations in Central Operations, focusing on precision metalwork, tooling, and inspection within aerospace/defense manufacturing.

You will rotate through Material Prep, Tool Crib, Part-Mark, Shipping & Receiving, and Rework, with hands-on training and safety as a priority on Sundays to Thursdays 3:30 pm–12 am PT. Salary is $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations across 5 stations with on-the-job training.
• Material Prep: cut raw metal to size using bandsaw and metrology tools.
• Tool Crib: assemble/disassemble machine tools and ensure correct angles/measurements.
• Part-Mark: serialize machined parts using laser/epoxy/ink.
• Shipping & Receiving: manage inspection and dispatch of parts.
• Rework: perform small modifications to fit customer requirements.
