Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Factory Technician (1st Shift) to join our entry-level manufacturing team in Mesa, AZ. You will receive on-the-job training across stations in Central Operations, learning material prep, tool crib, part-mark, shipping/receiving, and rework.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about aerospace or defense manufacturing, with a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4 pm PT.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and teamwork.
• Good communication and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations stations during training.
• Material Prep: cut to size with bandsaw and basic metrology tools.
• Tool Crib: assemble/disassemble machine tools and use pre-setters.
• Part-Mark: serialize machined parts using laser/epoxy/ink.
• Shipping & Receiving: manage inspection of parts and shipping.
• Rework: perform small modifications to fit customer requirements.
