Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking a Factory Technician (2nd Shift) as an entry level manufacturing role. The position offers hands‑on training across multiple stations and a chance to learn precision manufacturing in a growing aerospace/defense environment.

You will rotate through Material Prep, Tool Crib, Part‑Mark, Shipping & Receiving, and Rework, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. The target salary is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing for extended periods.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations stations and learn on the job.
• Material Prep: cut to size using bandsaw and measure with basic tools.
• Tool Crib: assemble/disassemble machines and verify angles with presetters.
• Part-Mark: serialize machined parts with laser/epoxy/ink.
• Shipping & Receiving: handle parts and inspect parts returned from processing.
• Rework: perform small modifications to meet customer requirements.
