Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency responses, and logging operational data while collaborating with a team to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Second class fireman license or two years of plant operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Read, inspect, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on selected systems.
• Respond to emergency calls for power, heat, water, or other utilities.
• Diagnose and rectify problems in the physical plant.
• Notify authorized personnel of impending issues or major failures.
• Start, stop, and operate plant equipment per established procedures.
• Enter data in logs and prepare deficiency lists.
• Maintain collaborative relationships and support team goals.
• Complete required training.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
