Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Fabricator in Riverside, California. You will be responsible for bending, seating, flanging, and top flanging material according to work orders and drawings to meet safety, quality, and lean production goals.

The role operates from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with a $0.75 shift differential, and requires domestic travel up to 5% as part of responsibilities. Full-time, on-site position with competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Math reasoning: fractions, percentages, ratios in practical tasks.
• Attention to detail and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, troubleshoot, and operate production machines (presses).
• Ensure machines run efficiently, safely, and to specifications.
• Perform layout, fabrication, and assembly to meet production needs.
• Create and fabricate customer specialty items when required.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and verify quality with measurement tools.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Train and assist other production employees on operations and safety.
