Job summary

Precision Custom Components, LLC is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to manage the machining department at our York, PA facility. This on-site role reports to the site manufacturing leadership and ensures production goals are met with quality and safety at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a machining environment, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools. This role supports 1st shift and requires responsive, hands-on management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or related post-high school education preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably PCC-like.
• Verifiable supervisory experience leading teams in a machining environment.
• Excellent computer skills are required; capable of working with ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in the manufacturing machining department.
• Train hourly workforce to meet quality, budget and production standards.
• Plan, coordinate and direct machine shop activities to ensure contractual compliance and company objectives.
