Venture Hire Group LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for its Kulpsville, PA aerospace manufacturing facility. The role oversees CNC machining, assembly, and deburring operations on a shift that resembles a hybrid 2nd/3rd start/finish times, with a long-term, stable career path.

The ideal candidate will drive safety, train staff, manage production schedules, and maintain quality and attendance records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience enforcing AS 9100/13100 quality requirements and company policies.
• Ability to train employees on processes and procedures.
• Ability to assign work and manage production schedules.
• Maintain time and attendance records for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and quality, and evaluate performance.

The 2nd Shift Supervisor supervises and supports the activities of an aerospace manufacturing facility. Shift activity consists of CNC machining, Assembly, and Cleaning, Deburring of metal and carbon product. Shifts scheduled hours most closely resembles a hybrid 2nd/3rd in start/finish times. Very secure long term position opportunity.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Maintain an environment of compliance to AS 9100/13100 requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Train employees to follow company processes and procedures.
• Assign work to all direct reports using scheduling software.
• Monitor and maintain a productive environment.
• Maintain Time & Attendance for all assigned employees.
• Provide a safe workplace and address any safety issues.
• Periodically evaluate employees for productivity & quality.
• Communicate in a professional manner with other departments.
• Schedule time off while maintaining production levels.
• Administer disciplinary action when required.
• Locking the building and setting security.
• Maintain the Skills Matrix and complete performance evaluations.
