Job summary

SRCTec, LLC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a full-time Electronics Hardware Technician on 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12 AM) to assemble, disassemble, and rework production electronic warfare and radar systems and sub-assemblies.

You will follow assembly procedures, read wiring diagrams and drawings, use hand and power tools, perform limited soldering, document discrepancies, and assist with inventory and packing for shipment.

Qualifications

• Education and experience combinations as described in the posting.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with basic hand tools, power tools and calibrated torque tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to assembly procedures and production processes to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Assemble, disassemble, and rework complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools; maintain calibrated torque tools.
• Perform limited soldering, wire preparation, and wire harness assembly.
• Identify and document discrepancies and rework actions throughout production.
• Participate in inventory and pack-out operations for shipments.
• Complete masking and demasking for conformal coating processes.
