Colonial Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm, Monday–Thursday) to oversee the assembly of electrical control panels. You will lead the manufacturing process, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

You will hire and coach production staff, enforce ISO and UL standards, interpret technical prints, and coordinate with engineering to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical product manufacturing, especially control panel assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A and related standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Enforce and improve safety policies and lead safety programs in area of responsibility.
• Ensure quality standards and targets established in the QMS are achieved.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees, and monitor their progress from production start through shipment.
• Accountable for On-Time-Delivery and maintaining a high level of service to our customers
• Hire and lead assigned production staff and provide coaching, training, and feedback
• Instill a continuous improvement mindset in the assembly operations team, and lead continuous improvement efforts with support of engineering and operations leadership
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, and workmanship standards.
