Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Salina, KS is hiring a Distribution Supervisor for our 2nd shift (roughly 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM). You will help manage inventory and product distribution at one of the world’s largest pizza plants as we expand our 140,000 square foot distribution center.

You will supervise staff, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate loading and unloading, maintain accurate stock, and support inventory control processes such as cycle counting and BOM adjustments.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisor experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the distribution of products to ensure efficiency, quality, and service at lowest cost.
• Enforce safety guidelines, GMPs, HACCP checks, and company policies.
• Coordinate truck loading/unloading and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure materials are stored per temperature requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock rotation using FIFO.
